Terms of Use.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

Platform

Masfot Platform and the electronic services associated with it.

User

Any person who uses the Platform, whether as a Supporter or a Content Creator.

Content Creator

A User who creates an account and is provided with a dedicated page or link through which support may be received in accordance with these Terms.

Supporter

A person who supports a creator or purchases an offering. Guest checkout may be available for one-time support; balances, memberships, and other account features require sign-in.

Support Transaction

A transaction in which a Supporter uses Masfot Coins to support a selected Content Creator, either through a direct payment or an available purchased Coin balance. The Platform may separately award Diamonds to that Content Creator under the applicable calculation rules.

Masfot Coins or Coins

Digital units used inside Masfot. Where top-ups are enabled, signed-in users may purchase Coins, retain the unused balance, and use them for eligible support or purchases, or transfer Coins through the built-in feature where available.

Diamonds

The accounting units used to display creator earnings from settled support, shop sales, memberships, and commissions after disclosed deductions. They remain subject to holds, refunds, reversals, and payout review.

Pending Diamonds

Diamonds recorded for a Content Creator but not yet satisfying the Platform’s payout eligibility requirements and therefore unavailable for payout submission.

Eligible Diamonds

Diamonds that have satisfied the Platform’s applicable eligibility, holding-period, verification, dispute, and minimum-threshold requirements and may be submitted for payout review.

Redemption Rate

The rate displayed by the Platform for calculating the potential Saudi Riyal amount associated with Eligible Diamonds when a payout request is submitted. Display of a rate is not final payout approval.

Eligibility and Use of the Platform

1. Users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity required to use the Platform and carry out transactions through it.
2. Content Creators must satisfy the registration and verification requirements specified by the Platform and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
3. Users are responsible for the accuracy of information and documents they provide. Users may not use the Platform in another person’s name or provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information or documents.

Content Creator Account and Page

1. Content Creators are required to create an account to use the Platform’s creator services.
2. Content Creators must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials and are responsible for activities conducted through their accounts, except where those activities result from a cause attributable to the Platform.
3. The Platform may request that account information be updated or reverified where necessary for security, operational, payment, or regulatory purposes.
4. Each Content Creator may be provided with a dedicated page or link that may be shared with Supporters, including through social media or other channels, for the purpose of receiving support.
5. A Content Creator may add profile materials, links, and creator updates using features made available by the Platform. The Content Creator remains responsible for those materials and for content or activities conducted outside the Platform.

Supporting a creator

• Before confirming support, check the creator, Coin quantity, total payment, currency, and whether it is one-time or recurring. Guest checkout may be offered for one-time support.
• Direct support purchases and uses Coins for that transaction. Support from a Coin balance deducts existing Coins. Masfot separately records the creator earnings under the disclosed calculation.
• Voluntary support does not buy a product, membership, commission, ownership interest, investment return, or promised benefit unless a separate offering expressly provides it. A creator goal is a stated intention, not a guaranteed outcome.
• Masfot creator support is not presented as a tax-deductible charitable donation. Do not use it for fundraising that requires authorization unless you have the necessary authorization.
• Use only payment methods you are authorized to use. An approval screen or pending charge is not final settlement; use the transaction status shown in Masfot.

Shop orders and custom work

• The creator identified in an offering is responsible for its description, lawful sale, fulfilment, delivery, quality, and stated benefits. Masfot provides the platform, checkout, records, and available support or dispute tools. This does not remove Masfot’s own obligations under applicable law.
• Creators must disclose the total price, applicable charges, delivery arrangements, product format, relevant restrictions, and cancellation terms before purchase. Do not list prohibited goods, infringing downloads, or services you cannot lawfully supply.
• For a commission, agree the scope, deliverables, schedule, revision allowance, and permitted use before payment. Changes to the scope or deadline need agreement; neither party should treat a quote request as an accepted paid order.
• Digital access is limited to the licence stated in the offering. A purchase does not automatically transfer copyright. Physical goods require accurate delivery information; the creator is responsible for the agreed fulfilment.
• Purchase protection applies only where expressly displayed. Any hold or release timer is shown in the order. An open dispute can block release while reviewed. An automatic release does not remove statutory rights or prevent a valid later refund.

Memberships and recurring support

• Checkout identifies whether a purchase covers one fixed period or renews automatically, together with the amount, currency, frequency, and payment method. Automatic renewal requires the authorization shown at checkout.
• For recurring payments, the saved payment method or PayPal billing agreement is charged according to the agreed schedule until cancelled. A failed payment may interrupt benefits or require you to update the payment method.
• Cancel renewal from the relevant membership or monthly-support controls in your account before the next charge. Where applicable, you can also manage a PayPal authorization through PayPal. Check that cancellation is confirmed; deleting the app or removing a shortcut does not cancel billing.
• Cancelling renewal prevents future scheduled charges once effective. It does not automatically refund a payment already processed. Paid membership access normally continues to the displayed period end unless the payment is reversed or access is lawfully restricted.
• Creators must honour benefits already purchased. Any change to future pricing or renewal terms must be disclosed before it applies, with an opportunity to cancel and any fresh authorization required by the payment provider or law.

Coins, transfers, and Diamonds

• Coins are for use inside Masfot. They are not legal tender, cryptocurrency, a bank deposit, or a payment method outside the platform. A Coin top-up adds to your balance; it does not by itself give a creator earnings.
• Purchased Coins can be used for support and eligible shop, membership, or commission purchases where shown. Do not assume every purchase method renews automatically: a Coin-funded membership may cover a fixed period only.
• Where enabled, Transfer Coins moves Coins to another Masfot account. It does not create Diamonds or a cash withdrawal. Check the recipient and quantity before confirming. Completed transfers cannot be recalled by the sender; contact support promptly about an error or unauthorized transfer.
• You cannot cash out your Coin balance as creator earnings, resell Coins, or trade Coins or Diamonds outside Masfot. A lawful refund is different from a withdrawal.
• Creator earnings are displayed as Diamonds. Support, shop sales, memberships, and commissions may contribute to those earnings after successful settlement. The transaction breakdown identifies the source and deductions.
• Pending, held, reserved, and available balances have different meanings. Only amounts eligible under the withdrawal rules may be requested for payout. A displayed balance is not a promise that a bank transfer has completed.

Prices, fees, currency, and taxes

• Check the total charge, Coin quantity, currency, taxes, delivery charges, and disclosed fees before confirming. Creator earnings and withdrawal amounts may differ from the amount paid because of the deductions shown for the transaction.
• A PayPal checkout may be charged in a different currency from the price displayed in Masfot. Review the payment currency and quote before approving. Your bank or provider may apply its own currency conversion or fees; a later refund may have a different local-currency value.
• Creators are responsible for their own tax reporting, licences, and invoices where required. Masfot remains responsible for obligations imposed on Masfot by law. A creator must not describe a price as tax-inclusive or claim an exemption inaccurately.
• Changes to future prices or fees must be disclosed before purchase. We do not retrospectively change an agreed transaction price; refunds, chargebacks, errors, and legally required adjustments are handled separately.

Withdrawals, reviews, and payment risk

• You may request payout only after satisfying the displayed minimum, available-balance, identity, contact-verification, and bank-account requirements. Confirm the beneficiary and bank details before submitting.
• The request shows the Diamond amount, applicable conversion rate, deductions, and estimated bank amount in Saudi Riyals. A request reserves funds for review; it is not a completed transfer.
• Approved payouts may be processed through the payout network or by a manually executed bank transfer. Manual processing does not bypass verification, available-balance checks, dispute holds, or confirmation that the transfer completed.
• PayPal-funded earnings are subject to manual withdrawal review under our launch policy, including earnings funded through PayPal-purchased Coins. They are not automatically released solely because time has passed. Other payment sources may have their own disclosed review and hold rules.
• We may hold affected earnings while resolving a payment dispute, refund, reversal, suspected fraud, incomplete verification, or a legal or provider requirement. We will provide the reason and next steps where disclosure is permitted. Contact support to request review of a hold.
• Bank and provider processing times vary. A sent transfer can still fail or be returned; its final status and balance treatment follow confirmed settlement. You cannot assume that a holding period eliminates all later chargeback risk.
• An approved refund or reversal reduces the related earnings. If those earnings have already been withdrawn, an adjustment may leave an amount owing; we may offset future earnings or seek repayment as permitted by law. We cannot automatically retrieve a completed transfer from your bank account merely by updating Masfot’s balance.

Verification and Compliance

1. Before permitting a payout, or whenever reasonably necessary, the Platform may request information and documents required to verify a Content Creator’s identity, information, bank account, and the nature of activities and transactions associated with the account.
2. Accounts and transactions may be subject to checks required for compliance with applicable law and requirements relating to fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, sanctions, and requirements imposed by competent authorities or service providers.
3. The Platform may delay, hold, suspend, adjust, or reject a Support Transaction, Diamond award, eligibility determination, or payout request where verification is incomplete; information is inaccurate or insufficient; fraud or unlawful use is reasonably suspected; a refund or payment dispute exists; a legal, regulatory, tax, payment-provider, or security requirement applies; or a User has breached these Terms.
4. Any suspension or hold may remain in effect for the period reasonably required to complete the review or resolve its underlying cause.

Refunds and Payment Disputes

1. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy published on the Platform, which forms part of these Terms.
2. If a transaction is cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed through a payment provider, or determined to be fraudulent or unauthorized, the Platform may cancel or adjust the associated Coins, Diamonds, eligibility status, entitlements, and payout calculations in accordance with that policy and applicable law.
3. Where associated Diamonds have already been paid out, the Platform may offset the relevant amount against future Diamonds or payouts or require repayment to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable law or public morals, including:

• fraud or fictitious, circular, or artificial Support Transactions;
• self-support intended to inflate Diamond balances, manipulate eligibility, or obtain improper payouts;
• use of a payment method without the authorization of its owner;
• manipulation of Support Transactions, Coins, Diamonds, calculations, holds, eligibility, or withdrawals;
• Coin farming, promotional or bonus abuse, automated or bot transactions, account resale, or third-party trading of Coins or Diamonds;
• circumvention of limits, fees, verification procedures, holding periods, or payout requirements;
• money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any other unlawful activity;
• fundraising for an activity that requires a licence or authorization without obtaining it;
• impersonating another person or providing false or misleading information or documents;
• infringing intellectual property, privacy, or other third-party rights;
• promoting activity or content prohibited by applicable law; or
• attempting to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, interfere with, or otherwise misuse the Platform or its systems.

Content, privacy, and community conduct

• You retain ownership of your content and must have permission to upload it, including music, images, video, voice, and material featuring other people. Do not post unlawful content, sexual exploitation, threats, harassment, hate, private information without authority, scams, or material infringing another person’s rights.
• You grant Masfot a non-exclusive licence to store, process, format, and display your content as needed to provide the service, respecting the audience and privacy settings you choose. Public content may appear in search, Explore, reposts, quotes, sharing cards, and creator widgets. This licence does not make private messages public advertising.
• Audience controls restrict access through Masfot, but cannot prevent an authorized viewer from taking screenshots or retaining copies. Do not upload secrets or content you cannot lawfully share.
• Use in-app reporting or contact support to report an account, post, message, or rights violation. Include the relevant URL and explanation. We may investigate and remove content, limit features, suspend an account, or preserve evidence where necessary. You may contact support to ask for a review of our decision.
• Discovery and rankings use activity, eligibility, privacy settings, and other relevance signals and may rotate. They are not an endorsement, guaranteed placement, or a promise of earnings. Do not manipulate rankings, engagement, or transactions with deceptive accounts or automation.
• Third-party integrations you enable may display selected public information outside Masfot. Review what you connect and keep private widget links, webhook credentials, and account codes secure.

Account Suspension and Termination

1. The Platform may suspend a Content Creator account, restrict functions, hold Diamonds, suspend payouts, or terminate the account where these Terms are breached, fraudulent or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected, or legal, regulatory, payment, tax, security, or compliance requirements apply.
2. Upon termination, remaining Pending and Eligible Diamonds will be processed under these Terms and remain subject to outstanding obligations, holding periods, refunds, disputes, reversals, reviews, deductions, and applicable law.
3. Suspension or termination does not prevent the Platform from taking necessary action regarding prior transactions, outstanding amounts, negative adjustments, or existing claims.

Closing your account

You can request account deletion from account settings. Outstanding balances, recurring payments, orders, commissions, payouts, or disputes may need resolution first. If the app cannot complete deletion, contact support. Closing an account does not erase unsettled obligations or legally required records; the Privacy Policy explains retention and data-rights requests.

Intellectual Property

1. All rights relating to the Platform, its software, design, trademarks, Masfot Coin and Diamond names and visual representations, and Platform-owned content belong to the Platform or its licensors.
2. Use of the Platform does not grant the User ownership rights in any of the foregoing.
3. No part of the Platform may be copied, modified, republished, or otherwise exploited without prior authorization, except as permitted under these Terms or applicable law.

Third-Party Services

1. The Platform may rely on third-party providers, including payment, verification, banking, hosting, analytics, communications, and customer-service providers.
2. Certain services may be subject to the applicable terms of those providers.
3. The Platform will not be liable for interruption or delay directly caused by a third party and outside its reasonable control, without prejudice to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Service availability and responsibility

• We work to keep Masfot available and secure, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service or a particular creator income. Maintenance, network problems, and provider outages may interrupt features.
• Each party remains responsible for its own acts and omissions under applicable law. To the extent the law permits, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses that are not reasonably attributable to our breach.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. These provisions do not remove an obligation to make a legally due refund or payment.

Responsibility for third-party claims

If your unlawful content, rights infringement, or breach causes a third-party claim, you are responsible for the resulting proven loss to the extent attributable to you and permitted by law. We will notify you where permitted and give you a reasonable opportunity to respond. This does not require you to cover losses caused by Masfot’s own misconduct.

Changes to the Services and Terms

1. The Platform may develop or modify its services, features, fees, Coin quantities, Diamond calculation methods, Redemption Rates, holding periods, limits, or operational conditions, subject to disclosure in accordance with applicable requirements.
2. Changes to prices, fees, commissions, calculation methods, Redemption Rates, or holding periods apply to future transactions from their effective date and will not apply retroactively to completed entitlements unless required by applicable law.
3. The Platform may amend these Terms from time to time. The updated version and effective date will be published, and Users will be notified of material changes.

Privacy

Users’ personal data will be processed in accordance with the Platform’s Privacy Policy and the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their interpretation, performance, termination, or use of the Platform, shall be finally resolved by arbitration under the arbitration rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) in force when arbitration begins.
3. The seat of arbitration is Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The language is Arabic. The arbitrator will be appointed under the applicable SCCA Rules, and the award will be final and binding on the parties.

General Provisions

1. If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
2. Failure by the Platform to exercise a right under these Terms does not waive that right.
3. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and additional terms or policies referred to on the Platform, govern use of the services covered by these Terms.

Version and updates

This version applies when published as the current policy on Masfot. Material changes will be explained with their effective date through the website and, where appropriate, account notices or email. Changes do not remove rights relating to earlier transactions. Where new consent is required, we will request it separately.
